Job Description
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple Business Managers. This involves diary management, booking meetings/ events and travel arrangements.
- Managing and maintaining multiple diaries
- Organizing internal and external meetings/events
- Coordinating and booking complex travel and accommodation requirements
- Ad-hoc Project team support on working location, events, and consolidation of travel.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
