Job Description

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple Business Managers. This involves diary management, booking meetings/ events and travel arrangements.

  • Managing and maintaining multiple diaries
  • Organizing internal and external meetings/events
  • Coordinating and booking complex travel and accommodation requirements
  • Ad-hoc Project team support on working location, events, and consolidation of travel.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in an administration role supporting multiple people or projects
  • Experience of diary management, coordinating/booking and managing high volumes of activities
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
