The role will involve managing probations, sickness and other leave, some benefit scheme administration, support permanent and casual recruitment and maintaining data and reports. General HR administration duties will include maintaining the HR email inboxes and sickness records, letter writing, data checking and input.
We are looking for candidates with good people skills, customer-focused and committed to providing professional, accurate and timely administrative support to staff and managers. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and have good numerical, verbal and written communication skills. As team player, you will need to demonstrate ability to use your own initiative to priorities work to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure. You will be both flexible and reliable and be comfortable with working with people at all levels as well managing important and confidential information. Ideally, you will have some experience of working within an office environment and with IT databases.
