Job Description

The role is to guarantee that high level information systems are in place to ensure the most efficient employee support. You will assist with a full range of HR tasks throughout the employee life cycle, training administration and maintenance of HR systems and records, as well as being a point of contact for our people.

In more detail your role will include:

  • Taking ownership of HR administration and coordination across the entire employee life cycle such as processing and onboarding starters, preparing offer letters, welcome packs, producing employment contracts, processing contractual changes and providing employment references.
  • Assume responsibility for the HR filing systems; restructure and streamline as appropriate to ensure efficiency of teams and to meet audit requirements. Create and maintain employee files, ensure all required paperwork is completed and uploaded for records.
  • Generate various written communication such as salary and bonus letters, maternity/paternity confirmations and other HR–related confidential documentation.
  • Schedule Employee Onboarding meetings.
  • Assist with compiling various HR reports on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Participate in conducting HR audits of records, personnel files, benefits and other HR programmes and systems.
  • Produce monthly key HR Metrics through Management Information / Dashboard reports.
  • Undertake HR projects as and when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You have experience processing payroll.
  • You are able to work independently, manage time and priorities tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written.
  • You have proven work ethic with utmost integrity and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • You are self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, and approachable with rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail.
