Job Description

Part-time 20 hours a week Monday to Friday - Flexibility on how the 4 hours a day can work (i.e. 10am -2pm / 11am -3pm / 12-4pm / 1pm-5pm)

We are seeking an excellent Vehicle Administrator with confident Microsoft Office skills and advanced skill level on Excel. Working for the Contract Hire & Compliance Manager, this role requires attention to detail in handling Fleet Service Schedules, MOT/Tacho/ADR Compliance and first class customer service experience.
Duties:

  • Service Schedules
  • Service reminders with Customer/Dealer Contact
  • Mot / Tacho/ADR compliance within R2C and with Customer/Dealer Contact
  • Upload all documents to Fleet Compliance (Inspections and Damage etc)
  • Tyre / Tail-lift management administration including rebate calculation
  • Loading and maintaining the Auto line system and CRM.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle operator’s licensing requirements
  • Previous experience in contract hire or rental businesses
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including advanced excel) and aptitude to learn new applications
