Job Description
To define and manage controls within the finance team and investigate all control deficiencies.
- Establish, develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders internal and external parties to maximize influence and achieve business objectives
- Support the finance teams processes and controls including SOX
- Define and manage controls within UK finance team
- Support the rest of the Group
- Investigate all control deficiencies and recommend remediation steps
- Report to UK financial controller on status of controls
- Support drafting of audit committee papers
- Undertake adhoc projects and reviews as requested by Financial Controller
- Continually develop expertise and technical knowledge through identifying and implementing appropriate learning and development activities
- Support the finance function so that finance performs at a high level of control and evolves to support all new business initiatives
