Job Description

To ensure that financial information relating to all restaurants is correctly accounted for and reported in a timely manner. To ensure the completeness and integrity of financial data is maintained at high standards. Maintain balance sheet control to ensure predictable financial reporting.

• Periodic management accounts produced and issued in line with strict reporting timetable.
• Perform periodic Balance sheet reconciliations, to be reviewed and signed off by manager.
• Assist with the year end audit. Strong and trusting relationships established with all stakeholders.
• Ensure that periodic management accounts are produced in line with the strict month end timetable.
• Responsible for balance sheet control, including compliance of balance sheet reconciliations on a periodic basis.
• Build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders including Restaurant Managers, Area Coaches and other members of the finance team.
• Ensure all queries and information required by the Management, Restaurants and the Area team is provided in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, effectively present ideas and turn them into practical actions.
