Job Description

You'll be responsible for providing support to the wider team, dealing with customer queries and resolve any issues, assisting in the production and compilation of various reports and managing emails and phone calls in a friendly manner. You'll ensure that all office tasks are carried out, take responsibility for the dispatch of works orders and all calls are logged effectively and efficiently.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

When you join us, we want you to bring your fantastic organizational skills, your I.T know-how, your 5 star customer service skills and your previous experience of working as a service/help desk administrator. It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of CAFM systems and previous experience of working in facilities, including hard services (building maintenance), but don't worry if you don't have this, as we will help support you every step of the way.

As you’ll be dealing with sensitive information at times you must have excellent attention to detail as well as be able to always maintain professional standards of confidentiality.
