Job Description
Responding to all inbox queries within 4 working hours, ensuring Directorate documentation is organized and stored coherently, supporting recovery on delayed orders, coordinating with suppliers and contact Centre’s.
Responding to and validating updates to supplier contact information and maintaining supplier contact database.
Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Supplier Performance reports - Producing and populating supplier scorecard reporting on time.
Compliance reporting used to determine suppliers requiring focus and making telephone contact with the supplier to talk through their non compliance, escalating compliance issues to the Supplier Direct Coordinator when required.
Monitoring Portal exception reports and raising any issues with Supplier contact.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Good understanding of Customer Service
Good time management skills - planning and prioritization
Good computer literacy
Experience of using Google Applications and Excel
Experience in an administrative role
Ability to analyze from a variety of sources in order to highlight key points
