The position involves:
Answering inbound telephone calls and making outbound calls
Booking appointments and liaising with clients
Maintaining employee diaries
Processing paperwork
Handling customer complaints & queries
Corresponding with customers via email, letters and telephone
Maintaining customer database
Other general office administration
Processing orders and preparing delivery schedules
Liaise with couriers regarding lost or missing orders
The ideal candidate will:
Be IT literate (MS Word and Excel).
Have a confident and proactive attitude
Be bright and self-motivated
Have the ability to work alone but still be an active participant in the team
Maintain a great phone manner
Have good written and spoken English and strong attention to detail
Be tenacious and diligent, able to own a problem and follow it through to conclusion
