Job Description

In this role, you will be focused on providing technical expertise in interpreting and understanding the reporting requirements and provide oversight/review of the returns before submission to the regulator, as well as compliance. You will support the implementation of any changes and upcoming regulatory developments by assessing the impact of these changes have on existing reports and/or working with projects teams on new requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring successful transitions of new regulatory returns to business-as-usual processes and your role will involve identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, process improvement and efficiencies

Your entity management finance responsibilities will involve performing periodic balance sheet and P&L analytical reviews, new product, and project review, and will give you the opportunity to support the Regional Controller for Board and tax accounts reporting. You will also partner closely with the Legal Entity Control Team based in Jacksonville on the legal entity management activities including the monitoring of legal entity solvency, proposing dividends, and capital management

You will be required to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all divisions and, as such, you will have excellent communication and relationship building skills. In addition, you will have advanced Excel skills, with demonstrated post qualification experience.
