Job Description

You will interact with a range of management, office and site staff in their everyday role, with responsibility for the smooth running of the Contracts Department. Good organization and communication skills are essential to carry out the role effectively. A flexible attitude, ability to build positive working relationships and strong customer focus is essential.

  • To undertake administration support duties for the our Construction Director and internal Health and safety team.
  • To attend any meetings as requested, produce and communicate minutes to the various interested parties.
  • To produce any documentation, reports and information as required and communicate to the relevant individuals.
  • to log and record any accidents incidents and or findings.
  • To ensure any reports are created and communicated in a timely manner.
  • To manage, coordinate, update and arrange external training and matrix for the relevant individuals.
  • To ensure that any compliance and legislative requirements are met.
  • Ensure that all office systems and procedures are maintained efficiently and effectively.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic Health and Safety knowledge.
  • Good customer services skills are essential, with experience in managing challenging situations.
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office/ Word/Excel/Outlook is essential.
  • A calm disposition with the ability to work in a busy environment and priorities workload accordingly.
  • Excellent and demonstrable verbal and written communications skills.
