Job Description
This is the ideal role for a highly enthusiastic and positive individual who wants to support the development and expansion of the administration provision. The role will involve recruiting and managing a small team of administrators to ensure efficient administration processes are developed and maintained. We are looking for a proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and passion for service delivery. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will need to be forward thinking with excellent interpersonal communication and working skills.
The role will require you to:
- The role will involve management and collation/analysis of performance data along with updating/maintaining essential information.
- Ideal applicants should have demonstrable. management experience, with excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Employ technology and information systems to improve service outcomes.
- To line manage current administration staff and personnel and provide a wide range of duties ensuring an efficient service to the service at all times.
- The understand and possess the ability to respect patient and staff confidentiality at all times and adhere to the Data Protection Act.
- The role will also involve general office management duties including holding annual leave records, assisting with recruitment and induction of new staff, assisting to ensure training records are up to date and assisting with building management for maintenance and upkeep of work areas.
