We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to provide administrative and analytical support to the Managing Director and to all teams. Some of this work requires excellent numerical and analytical skills using tools such as Excel for producing reports, numerical information etc. which will be used in senior level meetings. We are also looking for someone who enjoys being in a customer focused role, with as you will be providing a service to the teams. We’re also looking for someone who can bring forward new ideas to improve solutions so that we can better support our customers. You’ll need to be really good at multi-tasking and coping with frequently changing priorities.
You will provide proactive support to the Managing Director, creating internal communications and preparing for remote and in-person events, so that teams remain engaged and informed. You will transmit formal deliverables to external customers via the document control process. Your organization skills will be put to good use as you will prepare reports and presentations for the Executive team. Alongside this, you will produce management information reports, working with the data providers and stakeholders to undertake data assurance activities.
