Job Description

You will be involved primarily in the delivery of the reprint list, for both trade and special sales, working across various global markets. You will be responsible for all aspects of your list at all stages including costing, scheduling, delivery, and quality control. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with all departments to ensure the best possible product is produced and delivered.
A first-rate communicator adept at building and maintaining relationships with sales, suppliers and creative colleagues alike you will understand the role that Production plays in a commercial environment. You will be profit oriented, enjoying the challenges of creatively negotiating to tight margins, in line with our strategy and take an active role in shaping the future of company.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge and experience of handling print scheduling, spend and placement
  • Understanding of global freight and shipping
  • Sound knowledge of cover printing and finishing processes
  • An enthusiastic and solution focused approach to work
  • Demonstrate ability priorities and adapt to fast paced environment and switching priorities
  • Demonstrable communication skills and ability to establish positive working relationships
  • Commercially aware with ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to switch between detail oriented and strategic thinking
  • A thorough approach to administration
  • Comfortable with managing high volume in a demanding environment
