Job Description

You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience in an administrative capacity is essential. Knowledge of the motor industry and the system would also be advantageous; however, this is not crucial for the right candidate.
Ideally, you will have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.
