Job Description
  • Ensuring listings are ready for the live auction
  • Uploading photos, videos & documents
  • Making sure car histories are photographed (with keys) and filed away correctly
  • Reading through and uploading text to listings
  • Greeting customers when they arrive and helping with their needs
  • Getting paperwork ready for cars leaving
  • Answering queries on the phone and on live chat
  • Preparing ads on websites such as eBay, Classic Trader & Piston Heads
  • Greeting customers and dealing with their request

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Be dependable and reliable
  • Strong time management and organizational ability
  • Good communication with other staff members
  • Ability to manage workflow and priorities different tasks
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Competent computer skills, especially Excel/Google sheets
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Fluent in either French, Italian, German, Dutch or all four
