Job Description
- Provides general office administrative support - Answering email/phones, meetings/calendar management, organizing expense account, filing in-office and archived materials, scanning or printing documents upon request
- Organizes meetings as required
- Assists with preparing and updating proposals / documents; develops and prepares Power Point presentations; conducts research and collects data from internal databases and third-party sources as requested, compiles information and prepares reports in required format
- Reviews documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for signature, checking format, content, grammar, and spelling, and making edits as necessary; scans, PDFs, and logs reports, and other materials as required
- Maintains confidential files; conducts database searches and prints documents as required; retrieves and re-organizes documents electronically, ensuring all document access is arranged and files are available
- Setting up and monitoring projects and entering data into custom database
- Utilize MS Office where required (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Performing any other duties as assigned
