Job Description

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You will have a positive attitude with a proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to your work, enabling you to manage a complex workload.
  • You will have good IT and numeracy skills, with the ability to solve problems and prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be responsible for ordering goods, services and raising invoices.
  • Provide administrative support to the Responsive Repairs team including, dealing with telephone enquiries, maintain filing systems, producing mail merges, taking minutes, and dealing with correspondence. 
  • Be a natural and effective team player.
  • Be extremely organized with excellent time management skills.
