Job Description
  • Quarterly consolidation and financial reporting including variance analysis
  • Preparation of the monthly Group management reports
  • Review and preparation of worldwide annual property budget reports
  • Preparation and review of year-end statutory accounts prepared under IFRS
  • Liaising with external auditors and the wider Group team
  • Management of inter-company balances
  • Reconciliation of consolidated balance sheet accounts
  • Assisting with the monitoring of internal financial controls
  • Assisting the Group Accountant to drive efficiencies and support with other ad hoc tasks as required.
