Job Description
Meeting and greeting guests both in person and when they call. Be the first person our customers and visitors speak with, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression. You will also support all aspect of claim, policy administration and gift card administration including hospital attendance checks.
What you'll be doing?
- Working alongside other receptionists/claims customer champions to manage and coordinate front of house, ensuring that the reception area is tidy and portrays a professional and welcoming first impression
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive at reception ensuring they feel welcome and that the relevant people are informed of their arrival promptly in line with our security policies
- Answer all incoming calls to the switchboard in a professional and welcoming manner, transferring to the appropriate person when applicable
- Undertake claims, policy & gift card administration/fulfilment, including the set-up of claims, sending out claims forms and gift cards, responding to customer emails, post logging, hospital checks, the uploading of underwriting to gateway and claims diary management
- Sorting and distributing incoming post around the business & collecting and franking outgoing post
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, “treating customers fairly” (tcf) and other relevant legislative requirements
