Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a hard-working mentality to be successful in a role that genuinely makes a difference to the lives of the others.

  • Working as part of a small team and providing support to the project managers.
  • General administration to support the team in maintaining and updating project information.
  • Supporting with monthly processes in terms of approvals, invoicing, and milestone management.
  • Using an online professional services platform to set up and provide oversight of projects (known as engagements) during their lifecycle.
  • Adherence to Governance processes and project management principles.
  • Maintaining the email inbox, resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Using various reporting tools to manage engagements effectively.
  • Duties such as arranging meetings, taking notes and actions, updating documentation, and coordinating training.
