Job Description
  • Setting up soft changes based on supplier input.
  • Resolving supplier invoice queries and deciding if payment should be made.
  • Working collaboratively with suppliers to reschedule failed deliveries.
  • Amend inbound supplier schedules for key bank holidays and events such as Easter and Christmas
  • Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure that systems and processes are properly utilized, and refined and updated as needed, to create maximum efficiency
  • Improve processes to remove tasks where possible by highlighting the root cause and resolution of issues.
  • Day to day management of direct reports, including but not exclusive to absence and performance management.
  • Support and develop the team to create future talent.
  • You may be asked to perform other tasks as required by management deemed as a reasonable request.
