Job Description
You will need to have an outgoing personality, enjoy a varied role speaking with customers, as well as having excellent IT skills, including some working knowledge of Excel.
- Supporting Managers by taking incoming calls from new or existing business customers and dealing with any enquiries
- Submitting quotations to clients using MS Excel
- Communicating with customers, clarifying information, confirming delivery schedules and sending general emails
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Obtaining and negotiating pricing with suppliers, including discounts
- Develop continuing relationships with existing customers
