Job Description

You will need to have an outgoing personality, enjoy a varied role speaking with customers, as well as having excellent IT skills, including some working knowledge of Excel.

  • Supporting Managers by taking incoming calls from new or existing business customers and dealing with any enquiries
  • Submitting quotations to clients using MS Excel
  • Communicating with customers, clarifying information, confirming delivery schedules and sending general emails
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Obtaining and negotiating pricing with suppliers, including discounts
  • Develop continuing relationships with existing customers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Computer literate, including MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A willing and flexible attitude
