Job Description

The role is dynamic and includes a wide scope of responsibilities, with the successful candidate providing administrative support for the management team, assistance with their day-to-day tasks as well as project work covering the development of new initiative and operational services.

  • Managing the schedules and communications of the Certification Mangers and Technical Auditors
  • Acting as the point of contact among QA Operations, Outsourced Partners, clients and other external partners
  • Overseeing and issuing invoices as required
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare weekly / monthly / Quarterly reports and meetings with the expectation to present in some instances or take meeting minutes
  • Collating and reporting on statistics
  • Support the leadership team in their management of the team in terms of organization, procedures, and efficiencies
  • Assisting with overseeing and management of tasks related to project completion.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the Operations team, to develop improvements and to increase productivity and performance. Including proposing new ideas for improvements to our service delivery, and project management of new initiatives.
  • Performs administrative and clerical tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A proactive team player with the ability and initiative to work independently with little supervision.
  • Super organized with the ability to manage a busy workload, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Confidence in working within a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail and priority management
  • Advance user in Microsoft Office, as well as confidence in being a quick learner for other in-house bespoke systems
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and operational processes
  • Previous project management experience would be desirable
  • Knowledge of maintaining accurate administration records
