Job Description
- Leading the business analyst team, in charge of the financial management, administration and performance tracking of our ongoing projects
- Overseeing and coordinate the business analyst function in overseas entities
- Contributing and where applicable overseeing the financial reporting to Impact management, which includes
- Contributing to the monthly closing and reporting process
- Delivering key messages about the periodic evolution of financial indicators, based on results and variance analyses, if/when necessary proposing corrective actions to reach yearly objectives
- Coordinating, with the support of the FP&A analyst the budgetary process, ensuring accurate projections of revenues, earnings and cash generation based on in depth analysis of historical performance, key market trends and competitive environment
- Acting as a business partner to the organization, actively seeking and identifying potential opportunities to enhance the effective deployment of our operations
- Take an active part in the implementation of a new ERP and satellite systems, more particularly with regards to project management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 7-10 year’s professional experience in Finance and Controlling
- Experience in a complex and international environment
- Strong knowledge of (project) accounting, consolidation, financial statements analysis and IFRS standards,
- Well-versed in office tools (in particular Excel) and have a strong affinity with ERP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and oral, able to summarize complex information into meaningful key messages
- Able to priorities own workload, committing on tight deadlines in a challenging environment
- Master’s degree in Finance or similar
- Experience in a similar position within either international consulting or construction sector
- Working knowledge of financial reporting within a global corporate structure
