Leading the business analyst team, in charge of the financial management, administration and performance tracking of our ongoing projects
Overseeing and coordinate the business analyst function in overseas entities
Contributing and where applicable overseeing the financial reporting to Impact management, which includes
Contributing to the monthly closing and reporting process
Delivering key messages about the periodic evolution of financial indicators, based on results and variance analyses, if/when necessary proposing corrective actions to reach yearly objectives
Coordinating, with the support of the FP&A analyst the budgetary process, ensuring accurate projections of revenues, earnings and cash generation based on in depth analysis of historical performance, key market trends and competitive environment
Acting as a business partner to the organization, actively seeking and identifying potential opportunities to enhance the effective deployment of our operations
Take an active part in the implementation of a new ERP and satellite systems, more particularly with regards to project management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
7-10 year’s professional experience in Finance and Controlling
Experience in a complex and international environment
Strong knowledge of (project) accounting, consolidation, financial statements analysis and IFRS standards,
Well-versed in office tools (in particular Excel) and have a strong affinity with ERP systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills both written and oral, able to summarize complex information into meaningful key messages
Able to priorities own workload, committing on tight deadlines in a challenging environment
Master’s degree in Finance or similar
Experience in a similar position within either international consulting or construction sector
Working knowledge of financial reporting within a global corporate structure
