Job Description

You will be supporting the wider team on all administrative duties such as data entry, product certification compilation and calibrating equipment when necessary.

You will be:

  • Conducting data entry of completed production jobs accurately
  • Preparing product validation manuals and product certifications as requested by customers
  • Carrying out calibration of new and returned equipment by customers and suppliers
  • Creating statistical reports and daily transaction sheets
  • Overseeing all quality control documentation within the team, updating any templates or forms when needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience particularly within the manufacturing sector with background in coordinating with internal and external suppliers and customers. In addition, you will be a strong communicator who is confident managing multiple tasks at the same time.
