Job Description
The role will involve providing administration support to the local team of environmental consultants and wider team when required. Ideally 40 hours full time, but this is negotiable along with a blended working arrangement.
- Quality review and compilation of reports including PDF
- Data entry
- Project invoicing, finance reporting and credit control/queries
- Compiling new project files, project filing, record keeping and archiving
- Non-technical project management
- Promoting health & safety
- Travel, accommodation, car hire and training course bookings
- Client communication and marketing assistance
- Completing general administration tasks including reception duties and supporting other Geo teams
