Job Description
  • To provide high quality customer service to all Corporate and Business Customers.
  • To comply with and maintain Company policy, standards and procedures relating to quality and customer care within the Department, Dealership and Brand.
  • Maintain regular contact with all customers (Leasing Co’s, end users and Brokers) and prospects to maximize any potential business opportunity.
  • To provide quotations and update the on-line leasing company systems.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers.
  • Complete and send quotations as directed.
  • Arrange customer test drives as required.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a suitable customer record system.
  • Answer the department’s telephone call with a good telephone manner.
  • Assist with customer enquiries as far as possible in the absence of the Corporate Sales Manager or Local Business Development Managers.
  • Assist with vehicle locators/dealer transfers.
