Job Description

You will be given an extremely varied role ranging from;

  • The production of contracts of employment
  • Data reporting
  • Liaising with our external suppliers
  • Conducting right to work checks with potential new employees
  • Keeping track of our teams expenditure
  • Assisting the wider talent acquisition team with general admin assistance
  • Effective onboarding of new employees, ensuring they are on boarded effectively
  • Plus much more

You will be given the opportunity to learn more about what operating within a recruitment function entails within a large corporate environment. You will work alongside a group of friendly colleagues, learning lots on the job. We offer agile working practices (2 to 3 days in the office) and good staff benefits.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong skills in Microsoft Office. You are extremely organized with the ability work in a fast paced environment. You will have a high degree of self-management, initiative, reliability and flexibility to ensure that the best possible service is given to internal and external clients.
