Job Description
- Prepare the quarterly investor report, in accordance with the Portfolio Management team
- Oversee the Fund Accounting work currently performed by the Fund Administrators
- Liaising and responding to clients, and third parties and ensuring client and third party request or queries are dealt with appropriately
- Review cash flow projections for the main Funds
- Variance analysis on equity investments in portfolio companies
- Providing Fund information to the Investor Relations team
- Assist setting up new subsidiaries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Technical knowledge of Private Equity Funds/Investment Management/Financial Services
