Job Description
  • Assisting with the production of intercompany contracts and subcontract agreements.
  • Creation of project documentation and reporting.
  • Preparing sales invoices.
  • Creation of Project cards.
  • Liaison with internal departments and international offices.
  • Coordinate reporting for Norwegian tax purposes.
  • Assist with annual audits.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You have previous experience working in a commercial or project management office.
  • You have previous administration experience.
  • You will ideally have a technical, engineering or a science interest.
  • You have strong IT skills to ideally include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, CRM Systems and MS Project.
  • You are organized, have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Minimum of English and Math GCSE education.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong administration background.
  • You will have a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Someone with experience working in a commercial or project management office.
  • You will have good numeracy skills.
