Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with drive and enthusiasm and a strong commercial awareness to work on a full or part-time basis. As well as supporting the team in an administrative capacity you will be tasked with the preparation of intercompany sub-contract agreements. This role will suit you if you have previous experience supporting a project team, have exemplary IT skills and looking for an exciting challenge
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with the production of intercompany contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Creation of project documentation and reporting.
- Preparing sales invoices.
- Creation of Project cards.
- Liaison with internal departments and international offices.
- Coordinate reporting for Norwegian tax purposes.
- Assist with annual audits.
