Support Service department administrative tasks as required, including sharing weekly training report with all Service Managers.
Help with maintaining generic inboxes alongside the Admin team and provide the Admin team with general support as required.
Coordination of Employee Health & Safety activities, including accident reporting, issuing eyecare vouchers and maintaining employee records in the Company’s Health & Safety training system.
Ordering and distributing Engineer work shirts as required.
Processing orders for engineer parts using the online accounts as required
Managing the Calibration Process to ensure that Engineers’ tools are within calibration ranges at all times.
Provide cover for Goods In deliveries over lunch breaks/staff absences from office
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience providing administrative support in a commercial setting
Proactive, organized and structured work approach with close attention to detail
Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel and IT Software such as Oracle is desirable
Excellent communication skills and professionalism dealing with customer queries
A team player with proven experience working effectively as part of a team
Flexible in approach, calm under pressure, with a sense of urgency and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
