Act as point of contact for teams/supervisors with regards to plant exchanges, new plant requirements, plant moves, small tools and deep ex requirements etc.
Update utility drawings / Maps to identify works undertaken (Editing PDF documents).
Maintain a log of small tools/plants.
Ordering/Keeping track of consumables.
Check, collate and obtain manager approval for timesheet processing.
Handle customer complaints and enquiries, escalating as appropriate.
Assisting teams/supervisor with their iPad/Tablets (Liaising with IT when needed).
Arrange PPE for new starters.
Provide support with all project documentation, production of job packs, replenishing drawings/Maps.
Keep accurate records and maintain data to enable timely and effective reports.
Ordering of stationary/office requirements.
Attend meetings when required to provide admin support and minutes.
Provide general admin support to the operational team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management, organization skills and able to work to a deadline.
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Office).
Experience within a busy office environment.
Ability to priorities workload and manage expectations.
A great attention to detail.
Previous experience in a Utilities/Construction environment desirable.
