Job Description
  • Act as point of contact for teams/supervisors with regards to plant exchanges, new plant requirements, plant moves, small tools and deep ex requirements etc.
  • Update utility drawings / Maps to identify works undertaken (Editing PDF documents).
  • Maintain a log of small tools/plants.
  • Ordering/Keeping track of consumables.
  • Check, collate and obtain manager approval for timesheet processing.
  • Handle customer complaints and enquiries, escalating as appropriate.
  • Assisting teams/supervisor with their iPad/Tablets (Liaising with IT when needed).
  • Arrange PPE for new starters.
  • Provide support with all project documentation, production of job packs, replenishing drawings/Maps.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain data to enable timely and effective reports.
  • Ordering of stationary/office requirements.
  • Attend meetings when required to provide admin support and minutes.
  • Provide general admin support to the operational team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization skills and able to work to a deadline.
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Office).
  • Experience within a busy office environment.
  • Ability to priorities workload and manage expectations.
  • A great attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a Utilities/Construction environment desirable.
