Job Description
You will be supporting the financial controller, project accounts and wider finance team.
It's desirable for the successful candidate to hold the relevant Accountancy Degree, or relevant qualification, and a minimum of two years of experience within finance.
- Providing assistance with the processing of weekly timesheets, project set-up and scheduling.
- Ensure time is allocated to the correct project and move time where required.
- Ensure revenue is recognized correctly using the POC method.
- Attend monthly Project Finance Review meetings, maintain and distribute PFR notes/minutes and ensure all actions are followed up before month close.
- All aspects of Accounts Payable; process invoices, purchase orders etc.
- All aspects of Accounts Receivable; issue invoices, investigate unpaid invoices etc.
