You will be supporting the service which provides specialist care for people who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis and has specific reporting requirements associated with this. You will have excellent skills in using Excel and developing systems for gathering, inputting and communicating data. You will be passionate about the need to have high quality and accurate data to inform excellent patient care. These skills will be complimented by your ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels and people who receive support by the Early Intervention Service.
The role involves telephone work, spreadsheet creation and oversight, accessing and uploading information and generally providing professional administrative support to a busy team working in a dynamic environment. Experience of using the trust patient information system Care Notes is desirable however training would be provided to the right candidate. You will have variety in the role and contact with external agencies as well as outstanding training opportunities.
You will need to have previous knowledge and experience of working in an administrative capacity and enjoy working in a team environment. In return we can offer a full-time role (37.5 hours.). There are generous holiday entitlements depending on length of service.
