Job Description
  • Interface with customers and service department. 
  • Unpacking and inspection of incoming returned goods.
  • Entering into SAP of all service equipment. 
  • Dispatching goods to other service centers if required.
  • Prepare for dispatch service items to customers. 
  • Determine the accuracy of service orders and provide order clean up prior to data entry.
  • Interface with customers to ensure that all information is available and accurate, prior to entry. 
  • Provide customers with service status and interface with service teams to expedite item.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic education in Mathematics, English and science.
  • Administration experience.
  • Dealing with customers.
  • Mechanical or electrical College course, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office tools.
  • Above average analytical, problem solving and research skills.
  • Preferably 1 – 2 years’ experience in the service sector, but not essential.
  • Good computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • A good aptitude for simple mechanical processes and problem solving
