Job Description
This position is responsible for booking in of returned goods, service administration and service customer enquiries regarding repair status/pricing/delivery etc.
- Interface with customers and service department.
- Unpacking and inspection of incoming returned goods.
- Entering into SAP of all service equipment.
- Dispatching goods to other service centers if required.
- Prepare for dispatch service items to customers.
- Determine the accuracy of service orders and provide order clean up prior to data entry.
- Interface with customers to ensure that all information is available and accurate, prior to entry.
- Provide customers with service status and interface with service teams to expedite item.
