Job Description

You will provide first class performance management together with added value analysis and insight to support commercial decision making in relation to rent events. You will be confident working within a regulated industry and will work well with the Regional teams and the wider Star Finance team to improve processes and ensure consistency in our approach.

This role is about understanding numbers and working with business partners to find options and solutions. If you would like to step away from a standard analyst role and be involved in a new team within our fantastic pubs business then this could be your next step.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally a Qualified Accountant with a track record of creating value in a collaborative way with your business partners, your pro-active and positive attitude will allow you to influence stakeholders and navigate robustly through a fluid and fast-moving commercial environment.
