Job Description
A member of the support team dedicated specifically to successfully driving partnerships performance and supporting with vital admin processes.
- Perform regular administration tasks as described by the Sales and Service Manager
- Support the Partnerships sales team with key administration tasks
- Work across all partners including coach and group to ensure accuracy of bookings
- Problem solve issues that may arise and help maintain an excellent working relationship with all partners
- Develop new processes and ways of working designed to improve efficiency in this area
- You will be required to take inbound calls and make outbound calls to partners including coach and group
