Job Description
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors.
  • Place and manage the purchase requisitions of all special Ral’s into the business.
  • Liaise with suppliers about upcoming deliveries to ensure they meet our required delivery dates.
  • Help with monitor of the purchasing team inbox.
  • Produce reports for the Senior management teams.
  • Assist the business in keeping its high level of data integrity.
  • Assist the Head of Procurement with Administration and other duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels and build a rapport with suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to priorities own workload.
  • Understanding the need for confidentiality when dealing with both internal and external information.
  • Experience of working with an ERP System.
  • Working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
