Job Description
You will be responsible for the efficient administration and facilitation of bids, bid reviews and associated bid documentation. You will also work closely with managers, technical leads and operational managers within the business to ensure that bid responses are produced to the highest quality and are approved in accordance with company governance arrangements and submitted against agreed timelines. This will involve a wide variety of activities, including:
- Administration on individual opportunities and working with our Managers to respond to expressions of interest and invitations to tenders.
- Working as part of a team to support the bid preparation for a diverse range of projects.
- Recording and tracking opportunities on Customer Relationship Management system.
- Acknowledging and expressing interest in tenders.
- Producing fit-for-purpose documentation such as prequalification documents, expressions of interest and proposal documentation – based on existing material or from others participating in the bid process (the team).
- Ensuring that appropriate company processes are followed (appropriate training would be provided).
- Supporting the management of a portfolio.
- Production of marketing material.
- Supporting the production of cost estimates.
