Job Description
You will therefore need to demonstrate:
- High standard of telephone training and ability to professionally respond to emotional/distressing telephone calls
- Good standard of general education, with gcse (or equivalent) maths and english
- Relevant office administration experience
- Experience of working with databases and other it systems, including producing reports/statistics and MS office
- Effective team working
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to priorities effectively and produce work to high standards under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
