Job Description

You will play a key role in the close process, including preparing and posting journal entries, reviewing account reconciliations, and performing analyses to ensure accuracy. You will also support annual audits, tax (direct & indirect) compliances, internal reporting and other local compliance measures.

  • Ensure financial results for subsidiaries are correctly and timely reported each month
  • Ensure financial statements, direct & indirect tax compliances and other compliances are filed timely
  • Successfully roll out any global accounting projects and implementations to the local subsidiaries and coach our third party accounting providers on our global process
  • Partner with our legal team, external consultants and bank subsidiaries, as well as participate in setting up the accounting process for any new locations
  • Own the vendor accrual process by partnering with the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Big 4/Top 10 audit experience preferred
  • ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent
  • Experience with audits and partnering with local accounting teams to file statutory accounts
  • Partnership skills which will allow you to relate to local and remote teams
  • Flexibility to work and support teams in different geographic areas
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting system
  • Netsuite & Coupa experience is a plus
  • BA, BS Degree with a focus in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
