Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to complete a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to sit within the Resourcing Team. Responsibilities of the HR Administrator are, but are not limited to:
- Initial point of contact for queries, both internal and externally
- Respond to queries through email, telephone and face to face
- Produce reports from the HR database
- Process invoices and respond to purchasing queries
- Get involved with improvement of HR policies
- Maintain HR records including collecting and monitoring data
- Provide admin support with a range of HR projects, events and initiatives
- Take minutes for HR meetings
This role would suit someone either from a HR admin background, or someone with strong customer service and admin skills.
