Job Description

This role is to support the business with the running of all graphic functions and will suit an individual who is determined, a self-starter and able to work without direction.

  • Daily Management of image database and website updates using Photoshop
  • Formatting and saving imagery correctly on the database
  • Website maintenance including adding new and updating imagery, keeping the home page up-to-date and more
  • Uploading video content to our media channels to showcase work
  • Liaise with photographers - arranging test shoots and putting together call sheets
  • Compiling and printing portfolios and cards
  • Taking polaroid’s and casting videos
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Directing phone calls and distributing messages
  • Acting as the point of contact for anything graphics related
  • Helping the team with bookings

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Competent Photoshop (essential) and InDesign (preferred) skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Competent in basic excel management
