Job Description
  • Answering calls and handling a range of customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Handling email enquiries from customers
  • Processing sales orders
  • Accurate data entry onto Salesforce
  • Liaising with internal and external departments including the Sales department to help manage client's expectations
  • Adhoc administration as required by the department

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 1+ years' work experience within a customer service focused role
  • Competent using all MS Office programmes, including Excel
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Available for an immediate start
