Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced and bright Credit Controller to join their small but lively team based in Edgware.

They are a consumer-based lending company and ideally you will have a minimum of two years` experience in a similar role. You`ll be responsible for managing the consumer loan book including debt recovery and should have experience with Hire Purchase agreements.
The job requires a strong attention to detail, you need to be process driven and be an articulate, clear and concise communicator.

The office is modern and new, and the working hours are 9:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday. There is a kitchen for break times and free off-street parking nearby.

My client is offering a salary of 25-28k depending on your experience, as well as the standard pension, and 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) per year.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will need to have a strong personality, able to hold your own and be confident when dealing with clients and able to work under pressure, to deadlines and within FCA guidelines. You must have good Excel and Word skills.
