Job Description

In this role, you will work within a shift pattern that includes periodic on-call and Saturday working. You must receive, contact and coordinate communications between all stakeholders to ensure that all are informed and receiving the accurate and timely information. 

Your assistance will be required in the development of effective response plans from the correct operating procedure for incidents, communicating and response organization. Collaboration is required with Subcontractors and other stakeholders to develop the most efficient, effective and sympathetic logistics solutions to support the scheme is an integral part of this role. You will ensure the business complies with regulations and update policies and processes when required and maintain records, proving that the vehicle fleet is compliant with regulations.

  • High tempo environments
  • Extensive experience with Office 365 - especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fleet operations
  • Road operations
